Is the nikon coolpix L26 16.1 mp camera worth getting?

Im kinda young and i'm a i guess you could say "beginner" with cameras. I've never had a REAL camera before and this one looked pretty nice but i wanna see if it really is can someone tell me what you rate it 1 - 10 (10 being AWESOME and 1 being TERRIBLE) and your reason? I need an answer soon.

My coolpix l120 is 14.1mp but its true resolution is only 9.7?

Have a lovely old Nikon coolpix 950.?

That's almost impossible to use because its just "eats" batterys… From fully charged 2.500 battery's I get about 20 to 30 shots… without the flash … Pity really 'cos its takes great photos. Apart from running it on the DC input any other bright idea's.

Trying to find a good dslr starter camera?

I am looking at a nikon coolpix P510 and a cannon dos rebel T3… i am trying to keep my price under 500 and i really just want to know the difference between the two cameras so i can make an informed decision on the cameras. Really y one is so much more expensive than the other.

Should I keep the Nikon Coolpix L310?

So I just got the nikon coolpix L310 on black friday for $100 at target, so I still have time to return it if I decide to.

I needed a camera for photography class next semester, and I'm not sure if this will be good enough? Obviously I would use it out of photography class too, like in everyday life - school, vacation, etc., so I just need to know if it's worth keeping. For photography, it needs to be a 35mm camera (doesn't need to be SLR) -- whatever that means… I don't even know if that fits the requirements.

I'm not very experienced. I used to have a good little red sony cybershot (purshased 4 years ago), but unfortunately I can't locate that and I think that was a pretty good camera being portable with good quality and such.

Do you think I should purchase another sony cybershot? or do you recommend any other cameras? I'll be willing to spend $130ish if it's good quality. Or do you think I should just keep this camera?

HELP WITH MY NEW CAMERA!

So i just bought a new camera on black friday, a nikon coolpix l610, and the batteries that came with it didnt even last the first day!!! ive tried different kinds of batteries and it still only lasts a couple of minuets before " BATTERIES EXHAUSTED" comes on. Someone please help! :/
