Any way to fix/replace a scratched lens on a Nikon L120?

I have a Nikon Coolpix L120 and the lens has a few scratchs on it.Is there any way to replace the lens, or will Nikon fix it?

What cameras would you recommend for recording youtube videos?
preferably one with a flip screen so i can see myself as i record.

Can I charge a Nikon Coolpix L26?

I got a Nikon Coolpix L26 digital camera. I tried charging it using the Micro USB Cable but it won't charge. The port is labelled AV out but it's the closest to a charger I could find. But it doesn't charge? Do I have to replace my batteries when ever I need to charge or what? thanks
