How to record longer on the Nikon coolpix p310?

So I just received the Nikon Coolpix p310 and I LOVE it but I was wondering if there was anyway to record longer than 30 seconds? I would love to record longer videos but I couldn't find a way???

Where is aperture priority on a Nikon Coolpix L810?

There isn't a click wheel where the setting is and I can't find the option of setting it to that anywhere. Also, how do I set the lens to the widest opening? Very new at this here. Thanks!

How to focus a camera so the background is blurry?

I have a Coolpix L810 camera with 26X "wide optical zoom ED VR". I don't really know what any of that means, but maybe you do? I want to take pictures (like the ones on tumblr) where the background is blurred, and the picture is focused around one thing, but I can't figure it out. Sometimes I do it on accident, but otherwise it's all clear. Also, I do not have an attachable lens. Thank you!

What's a good bridge camera around $250-$450?

I'm looking to buy a good bridge camera for around $250-$450.

I've looked at the Nikon COOLPIX P520, Canon Powershot sx50 HS, FUJIFILM X-S1, Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ200, Panasonic Lumix DMC-LZ30, etc.and I can't decide! Some have caught my eye but are a little to expensive. Should I push for an expensive one or settle with something for less? Are there any good bridge cameras you would recommend on getting?

Camera must haves:
HD video recording
20x or more zoom
atleast 12 megapixels
flip out screen
