My camera didnt come with the charger?

so i bought the
Nikon Coolpix 16MP 34x Zoom Digital Camera
off of gettington and only when I ordered it was it I realized it didn't come with a charger. I cant find it anywhere on the store? Please Help

and the lens is popping out. ( the first layer)
will turn on but just says lens error.
