Broke Nikon Coolpix - need to get pics off internal memory?

My Nikon coolpix camera is broke… lens error or something. I had it fixed by Nikon before (same error) and now it's out of warranty and seems too pricey to repair. I inadvertently took pics w/o the card so they saved to the internal memory. I plugged the usb cord in it and to the pc and nothing. I've read the manual and googled it but don't see anything? Just wondering if anyone had this happen or knows if I can do anything? Thx

I have a Nikon Coolpix P510, can I put lens filters on it?

I would think not because its a non-dslr camera but I want to make sure.

How to change shudder speed on Nikon Coolpix L810?
