Im going on holdiay, I have a camera and a camcorder, my camcorder is 1080p at 30fps, and also 720p at 60fps for good slow motion.It takes horrible pictures, 16mp but they are horribly grainy.It only has 16x digital zoom.It hasnt got auto focus it just has a switch for macro, which isnt good, its idea of macro is 20cm away from a subject.It is rechargeable and has a good battery life.
My camera on the other hand is 14.1 mp, takes great pictures, lots of nice settings for differerent occasion, it has 21x optical zoom which is great, sadly video is only 720p.It has auto focus and a 1cm macro which is outstanding! It takes 4 double a batterys, so battery life really depends on the type, but video and flash eat up the battery life like heck.
Conclusion… I dont have one, i have no idea which I should bring and im only bringing one of them, if it helps the camcorder is the "Toshiba camileo s30" and the camera is the "Nikon coolpix L120". Thanks

Sony DSC-HX200V or Nikon Coolpix P510?
I want to click photos and shoot videos with the camera. Heard that Nikon Coolpix has autofocus problems while shooting videos. Which one is good ?

How to disable that windows detects my camera memory stick as camera?
When i connect my camera (Nikon S4000) to my computer via usb it displays it as camera and a camera icon is next to it.In that case i can't access folders and sub-folders in it and i can't access all my pictures. How can i disable it?
