How to do a double exposure on my camera?

I got a new camera for Christmas, Nikon coolpix p520

And I am trying to do a double exposure and I cant figure it out, i know I can because my sister did it and she will not show me how.

Videos From SD Card Skipping Frames?

When I downloaded a few videos from my memory card onto my computer the videos were very choppy and basically skipped frames. This has happened to me before and I can't seem to find an answer to this question! Could someone please help or direct me to a website that might be able to answer this question?

My camera specs:
Nikon D3100
SanDisk Class 10 16GB SD Card
Recording in 720p

Camera used to record the video:
Nikon Coolpix L810

I've been getting these problems out of both the D3100 and the l810.
