So I have a nikon coolpix camera and a mac computer, and when I import pictures from my camera, they will all come through. However, I have about 5-6 videos on the camera and on my last import, only 3 of them came through. When I tried importing directly to iMovie, it said that there was no camera connected, even though my iPhoto was still recognizing the camera as connected. I tried locating my camera in the Macintosh HD, but when I looked with the other discs, it said no camera was connected (while my iPhoto STILL recognized and would import things from the camera.) Why is it that I can't find the camera anywhere but iPhoto, and that only videos between :42 and 1:08 would import to iPhoto? Is there another program I can use?
