My nikon coolpix s3100 is acting like its frozen?
When i try to turn it on most of the time it dosent turn on but out of no where it does. And when i finally turns on you cant focus at all and then it just frezzes.the camera just stays on and theres nothing i can do… Can anyone help please

Canon powershot elph 100 hs vs Nikon coolpix L310?
I really wanna know which one's better. The canon is a little bit more expensive and i know where to get the Nikon camera. I just don't know where to get the Canon and whic one's better?
