Choppy Video on My Computer?

Whenever I take videos on my camera (Nikon CoolPix) and upload to my computer, they play really choppy. When I play the videos on camera they come out clear, and normal. But when I upload them to my computer and play them back they come out slow, and all messed up. Anyone know why?

Best bridge camera under £200 with HD video recording?

I want to buy a bridge camera for under £200 to film YouTube videos (so I want at least 720dp filming) and to take action photos as well as general photos. I know it's a lot to ask for for under £200 but I am really just wondering if anyone knows of anything?

I was thinking either the:
- Nikon Coolpix l310 or l810
- Panasonic Lumix lz20
- Fujifilm finepix 4500

Where could I buy a Nikon Coolpix L810 in South Georgia?

Like a Nikon Coolpix L810 in South Georgia (Newnan, Peachtree City, Senoia, ect.) Or cameras like that. I can't order online because this is my first camera & I want to see & feel the camera before I buy it.So, is there a store around 50 miles south of Atlanta where I could buy a camera like that? Any answers would be appreciated :) Thanks! :D
