My Android Play Store Isn't Working?

My wireless internet connection is enabled on my Nikon Coolpix s800c, but the play store says that there is no connection. What should I do?

Nikon Coolpix L820 or Samsung wb110?

I'm really into photography. I want one of these cameras as my new camera but I am stuck in between. I know that the Samsung is a 20 megapixel and the Nikon is 16 megapixel but sometimes that isn't what makes it a great camera. Please help me!
