What are some good aali-ion batteries for my coolpix L310?

I just bought a coolpix L310 and would love to know if there is a good brand of rechargeable li-ion batteries AA i can use instead of always using disposable ones? also is this a good idea?

Can you explain very simply how to do light graffiti with a nikon coolpix P100

i really want to do this but i dont know how and im okay with cameras, not the best.
Added (1). How do you keep the shutter open for a long time? is there a special setting?

Would you recomend it? ive read alot of reviews and most of them say its a good camera but takes blurry/grainy pictures
