My Nikon Coolpix L105 wont charge!

I plugged it up to the computer & a wall charger, but it still doesnt charge! What's wrong with it? I got it this christmas.
Added (1). I dont think so. I changed them yesterday, and i hear their pretty reliable batteries.

Right Camera For Video Assignment?

Hello I have a partner filming video project assignment due in about a month for my media studies course and I was considering purchasing my own camera (aiming for one I could buy in store like at BestBuy or other retailer) for the project. I currently own a Nikon S8100. I was wondering what camera (not TOO TOO expensive) would be right for this assignment. The assignment is as follows:

Generate Six Shots: Two with balanced composition, two with complex balanced composition and two using a frame within a frame. The shot content will likely be somewhat different due to the nature of the assignment.

What camera would be good to use for this assignment? ALSO I have a SONY DCR-SR68. Could I Use This Camera For This Assignment?

Nikon Coolpix L24 Cracked/Bleeding LCD screen?

I sent my camera to the Nikon company and was going to wait till i had the money to repair it, but after some while they sent it back, but i saw the diagnosis and they said that it had a Cracked/Bleeding screen (Brother dropped it)
The repairs costed about $80 bucks.
If i just buy another LCD screen with backlight online, its much cheaper, then can i just repair it myself?
Some i searched online said W/o backlight it had to be soldered (soldering) What does that meant btw?

Is the Nikon CoolPix P510 a good camera for high quality videos?

I am trying to make Youtube videos. Action movie type stuff. I saw the camera at the Beat Buy store all glamorized, so i look at it and tried its video out but too bad it was out of memory so i couldn't actually take video.It had good quality from what I saw, but I couldn't know without buying it and I don't want to buy it and find out it's crappy. What do I do? If it isn't a good camera can you give me a good one that high quality? Thank you.

What would be a good camera for me?

Im looking into cameras for my photography. But, i want one with good clarity and can zoom great distances and still make a good picture. The reason i ask for good zoom is because im in marching band and need zoom from the stands to show me marching but in great clarity, no noise, and good blur reduction.also, good with close ups and at least 720p video.i was thinking of this one in this link http://www.amazon.com/Nikon-COOLPIX-Digital-Camera-NIKKOR/dp/B0073HSJR4 but i want ur opinion please my price range is 200$ and yes its low but tht camera in that link is 170$ and has some of these features but i dont think it will cut it PLEASE ANSWER!
