Can you change the f-stop number on a Nikon coolpix L110?

I just bought a new Nikon coolpix L110 and I can't figure out how to change the f-stop, so I was wondering if its even possible. But if it is, how do you change it? I would really appreciate if somebody could help me out with this.

Nikon Coolpix L110 best settings?

So that's the camera that I have and all of the pictures i take seem to be really grainy and yellowish and blurry. It's really annoying because this is supposed to be a nice camera and I want to take good quality pictures. Are there certain settings I should put it on? Should I Go For Nikon COOLPIX P600 or Nikon COOLPIX P340?

You know it's always hard to chose a camera if you are a absolutely beginner like me! More I'm searching, more getting confused.

Which will be the best among two cameras I have mentioned for MAKING CLEAR AND NOISE FREE VIDEOS.

As you can see P340 beat P600 in every area but in Pixel density P600 beat the P340. If I bought P340 will my Video ( My Main Preference ) and Picture quality will surrender to P600's greater Pixel density? Or I should buy P600?

Nikon d5100, Nikon Coolpix L830 or Nikon L330?

I did some research on cameras with decent photo and video quality.
I want a camera that is good with video and photo, which I guess goes along with nice audio. My budget is $200-$300 and the Nikon D5100 is like no where near that! Suitable camera for high quality YouTube beauty videos? (Comparison)?

I am looking for a decent camcorder/camera to film beauty/makeup videos on YouTube. This requires occasional close ups but mostly portrait filming.

There are two cameras that I am interested in but I'm not sure which one will be more suitable:
Nikon Coolpix L830 (Digital camera)
Sony HDR CX 240 (Camcorder)

In your opinion, which will be the better pick?

I've looked up reviews on both these cameras and there are good and bad so I'm not sure which one I should settle with. If you have any experience in filming or any cameras to suggest please feel free to help out.

My Nikon Coolpix won't download pictures to my computer?

I just got a Nikon Coolpix L11 for Christmas from my boyfriend. He took the time to research it and found this to be the best choice. So far it has worked great, except I can't get the pictures on my computer at all! I have Xp, and have used about 3 other cameras to load pictures onto my computer and it works fine. This camera had very specific directions on how to put them on, steps involved along with a CD download. I followed everything exact, and it will not show up! I also tried just going under my computer and getthing them there, but it says that the camera is in use. I have tried all other options. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this?

My camera was working fine and I was taking pictures with it but now it won't turn on! I haven't done anything do it. I buy a Nikon coolpix L830 and recorded so many of videos… But now I want to play these recordings on my DVD player… As I know the DVD player reads only.vob file but my camera records.mov file… So how I convert.mov to.vob. And play my recording on my DVD player… I use many converter but they decrease the quality of recording,.,,.,.,. I try to install it, it will install one of the components (Panorama) but not ViewNX2 for viewing and editing. I've tried 10 times. Some under 32 bit and some under 64 bit. The license agreement window opens but not all the way so I cannot see the bottom where I click on NEXT. Help

Can I use a different charger for my nikon camera?

I have a Nikon Coolpix S3000. The battery is a lithium ion, EN - EL10, 3.7V 740mAh 2.8Wh. I found another battery that says it is for the Nikon Coolpix, but the battery says 750mAh instead of a 740mAh. It does not have much details on the rest. I would like to know what the "mAh" stands for and if it makes a difference on my camera? If it is all the same then I will go and buy that battery but other than that I rather find one that is the perfect match. Thank you.

Best way to get got shots of a baseball game at night with nikon coolpix p510?

I've only went to a game during the day and took really awesome pictures with my p510 specifically with the great zoom feature that allows you to get shots that look like you're right there. The ball game is tonight at 7 and will get dark half way through the game. So my question, what is the best mode/ setting with my camera that i can get pictures at night at an outiside game. Usually night portraits expect you to "raise the flight" (night landscape) however i find that's a poor idea usually that has an hour glass of loading time after taking the picture and not to mention the exposure is poor when doing that. The field will be bright as well. But i'm looking not to have any glare. When i had taken pictures during the day, i had it on Sports mode where the camera takes multiple pictures at once until you got your best shot. Was thinking about doing the same but since it's night time don't know what exactly to do being i've never had taken live action shots at night. Thanks if you can help!

Lens hood/Filter kit for Pentax X-5?

Ive been searching around and noticed there is almost no Lens hood/Filter kits for Bridge cameras but noticed a few select models do have Adapter kits for them such as a Nikon(http://www.ebay.com/itm/LENS-ADAPTER-FILTER-SET-NIKON-COOLPIX-L820-62MM-KIT-/330904438399) But what im wondering is if there is one for the Pentax X-5, as i have bought a lens hood and some filters off of amazon that were specifically labeled as being FOR this camera yet were clearly not (returned and notified amazon of the false advertising in the title as it was from Polaroid /resellers)

My lens states:
SMC Pentax lens 4.0mm - 104mm(top of lense text)
26x wide optical zoom 16megapixel (lower lens text)

I did however attempt to measure it and found when on full extension the inner barrel is around a 45mm width, while the outter barrel connected to the main camera body was around a 60mm.

Im not entirely sure what im looking out for but if anyone has a lens hood they reckon should fit or a adapter kit they can link too itd be brilliant as i am new to photography and got this bridge camera as a introduction into photography so that when i do move up to DSLR at some point i can give this camera to a family member.

Nikon Coolpix L820 flash not working?

So I recently got this camera for my birthday and fir the first day everything was working perfectly, flash included but in another day after I popped the flash up and tried to take a picture, a red light began to flash beside the flash icon on the picture taking side of the camera. I have tried turning the camera off, removing the batteries, changing the flash mode but nothing is working. Any reason as to why and how I can fix this problem?

Nikon Coolpix p500 trouble?

I've had this Nikon camera for years and I lost the charger and it's been dead for like 2 years. I just got a new charger today and the power button is suppose to flash to indicate that it's charging. Mine isn't flashing and it's been hooked up to the charger for about a hour. Why does my Nikon Coolpix l18 have such horrible battery life?

I only have about 10 pictures on my digital camera that i've had since last Christmas because the battery life is so horrible! I use the batteries it suggests (It's uses non-rechargeable batteries) but the battery life still lasts only about 10 minutes! Why is that? Am I doing something wrong with it? I do a lot of school activities and my friends always bring their cameras to take pictures but I can never bring mine because it only lasts a few minutes:(

Cool Pix l810 tripod/ Cool Pix l820 tripod?

Hi! Okay so I know this is probably going to be like the dumbest question ever but I need the answer ahah. So I have a Nikon CoolPix l820 camera and I wanted a tripod for it. Now I was just wondering if I could use a Nikon CoolPix l810 tripod? I found one that's pretty inexpensive that I wanted but it is for the Nikon CoolPix l810. Do the l810 and l820 have the same tripods, or could use the same tripods?

How much would it cost to get my camera repaired?

So I borrowed my dads camera when I went to the beach the other day. It was quite windy, and some some sand must have got blown in it. Since then the lens will not open at all, and when the camera is turned on, just says "lens error" on the screen. The camera is a "Nikon Coolpix L26 Camera" and I just wondered if anyone knew roughly how much this would cost to get repaired, as I'm going to have to pay myself. Just to add, I am from the UK also.

Nikon Coolpix L820, is it a professional camera?

I own a Nikon Coolpix L820, and I'm going to a concert early next year and plan on taking it, I don't have another camera and my phone, lets not go there, it's horrible. And no, I don't have the money for another camera because I'm paying to go to another state so, airfares, accommodation, meals, transport, holiday stuff, Christmas would have not long been and gone and I will also have car payments too so yeah, I'm rambling now.
Anywho, the stadium says no professional cameras, so I've tried to find out if it is or isn't professional but no luck.
If someone could give me an answer and/or tell me how it is or isn't professional, that would be fantastic! Because I was told it wasn't professional when I bought it and then I was told it is classed as professional by a venue I went to last year, just because it wasn't a smartphone or small pocket camera. All help and thoughts would be fantastic! :)

Video and audio are out of sync?

I bought a CoolPix L820 about 9 months ago (un-used) and have had no issues with it until just the other day. I had recorded 2 videos in one day (roughly 10 minutes long, although these videos were filmed many hours apart) and when I had uploaded them to my MacBook Pro, about 5 minutes into both video the audio would be at a different pace from the video itself. I don't know if my camera is broken or if I wore it out… I use a 16GB Ultra 30MB/s (class 10). If anyone could explain to me how to fix this, that would be lovely!

I Saved a video from windows movie maker, sound won't work?

My duaghter Is getting her own webshow… Shes two and loves to cook. Went into windows movie maker, made and saved her an awesome intro. Filmed the first webisode on our nikon coolpix… Took out the sd card, threw the video together, intro first, then i added a picture of her finished scones and turne it into a webisode title clip, added in snazzy drums, then added in all the clips of her cooking and me narrerating. No added anything, just video clips with their own audio, did the credits with a song clip i imported and added in. Saved fast and then I played it, the intro played great kesha's tik tok, was great for the intro, the webisode title page was great with the added drums, then starts the show content with Video, but no more sound, the natural sound in the video clips falls silent, i never clicked anything to mute it, and it played fine as a poject, but not my natural audio is silent. Why? Cut to credits and taylor swifts never grow up is beautiful and i imported it in of course. I Just dont know why my video falls silent when the vid clips audio should be loud and proud? Any ideas?

Is my SD card broken?

I got a new camera (my first one) It is a nikon coolpix l820 and i got a SD card compatible with it the seller verified it was for the specific camera and everything and I looked it up.

It comes in the mail and i plug it into my camera and it says it wont work or that its not compatible so then im like i gotta format it (which ive never done) i plug it into the slot in my laptop for SD cards (and it fits good its not micro sd like theres no problem there) and it wont recognize it in my computer so i goto devie manager under the USB and theres no storage device

so since i cant find it anywhere on my computer and its not working can i assume its broken or defect? Or am i not finding it on my comp

What stores sell The dicapac Camera Bags?

Hello. I need to get a waterproof case for my camera, Nikon Coolpix L24, and i found that the dicapac is the best on to get. Then, i had to find which case fits this camera, and the DicApac WP410 seems to be the one. Only one thing is If i order it online, it might take a while to come, and i dont really wanna wait that long. But if i go to the store, i can just purchase it and have it right then and there.
