I don't know anymore I've been trying for a long time. I am trying to do shots of my eyes and others eyes as well for photography. Please help???

Camera keeps freezing and Turning off?

So… I have a nikon coolpix S3300 digital camera.
It keeps turning off when I turn it on, it's all blurry, it keeps saying len's error and it won't charge! It also won't let me look through the photo's on it or anything because it either turns itself off or completely freezes? I've tried taking the battery out and putting it back in and taking out the memory car but neither of them have worked - What's wrong and what do I do? Thank you!

I was wondering what camera I should get?

I want a semi-professional one like a Nikon Coolpix. But I don't want to spend more than $300 on it. However, if I have to go a little over it, I will. Which one do you recommend and what's a good one to get? Thanks for the help.
