My parents have a nikon coolpix P6000 camera and they have had it for a year or so but haven't used it much. I just got it out today to try and use it but it keeps saying "lens error" and it makes a sound like it's jammed up or something. The owner's manual says to turn it off and then back on but it won't really turn off. When I hit the on/off button it goes black for a second then comes back on. Any advice?
