Polaroid filter lens for Nikon Coolpix L120 (P&S)?

I would love to buy a polaroid filter for my camera, but I don't know if I can buy one for a camera that isn't an SLR or a dSLR. I have a Nikon Coolpix L120.It is possible to buy a polaroid filter lens for a point-and-shoot camera like mine?

My nikon coolpix s220 camra lens wont open?

I was using it yesterday and every time i turn on my Camera it goes normal but the lens wont open. Can anyone tell me how to fix it so i don't have to do it manually
