I have a Nikon Coolpix S4300. I've tried transferring the pictures by inserting the SD card into my computer but the computer doesn't recognize it and I can't find the camera file anywhere on my computer. I've also tried by using USB but whenever I try to transfer the pictures, a box pops up saying that I need the file 'ptpsub.dll' on Windows XP Professional CD-ROM. I'm not sure where I'm supposed to find this, but I really want these pictures and I can't think of any other way to get them off the camera. Also, I've already downloaded the software that came with the camera, so it's not that.
