How to charge a nikon coolpix L26?

Iv had my nikon coolpix for not long and the batteries were drained the 2nd day i had it? Surely there is some other way to charge it because i cant afford to keep buying batteries like this. It always says battery drained when i go on it.help:(

My local Target is sold out of them, and I can t find this camera on the Bestbuy or Walmart websites. I would be more than glad to buy the L830, but that is out of my price range. Can anyone tell me if they sell the L340?

My Nikon Coolpix L840 won't take any pictures?

I just got a Nikon Coolpix L840 for Christmas. It came with batteries and a (obviously) compatible Memory Card(SanDisk). I tested it out yesterday and managed to take one single picture, and even tried it's video as well. I can take pictures and hear the shutter sound, and the image pops up, but when I hit the 'playback' button it says "Memory contains no images". I'm not sure if I changed something unknowingly or what.
If someone could help, I would be forever grateful. Thanks.
