What camera should I buy for taking nature pictures?

I am currently using a Nikon CoolPix p90 and love it but I would like to upgrade to a camera that I can attach lenses to.(I like to take really close up pictures of flowers and bugs and stuff like that.) I'm only 14 so nothing over $1000 please… I would like to stick with Nikon!

I've been looking for a new digital compact camera to take away on my nest holiday overseas. I'm a Nikon person, but my current camera is a Song. I've found these cameras, all at different prices. I have looked at the specs, but they are all pretty much the same. Can anyone advise what the difference is between them, or there reference.

Camera for Nail Art Photography?

So this may sound strange, but I would like to know what type of camera+accessories to buy for taking nail pictures. I currently have a Nikon Coolpix P510 and really need a new one. My Instagram is youvegot_nail. If you look at my photos you can see that the lighting is weird (not my lights though, it's the camera) and the photos are fuzzy and dull. So what should I buy? Please include specifics so I can buy exactly what I need. Keep price below $1,500 unless truly worth going over. Thank you!

My Nikon Coolpix p100 camera won't work?

It shows that it's turned on (the green light appears) but the screen is black, and I can't turn it off either. I tried to charge it, remove and put the batteries/memory card back but nothing happens

Can I use the memory card from a different camera?

I just got a canon 1200d eos camera and I do not yet have a memory card for it. Would it be possible to use a memory card from my Nikon coolpix digital camera (which already has pics on it) for my canon camera? Or would it be a bad idea?

How to delete videos on my coolpix S60 camera?

I get to the videos in the library of the camera and when i click on the trash can to delete the video, it doesnt go.

anyone else have the same problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

Does Nikon Coolpix S600 take videos too?

Or does it just take pictures? And if it does, the videos can be taken for as long as the memory available right?
