NIKON D3200 or NIKON COOLPIX L27?

I checked on Google Images and both give good pictures. Which one is better? What has better photo and video quality and is really good? Is D3200 way better than L27? Which 1 should I buy? Which takes better photos of landscapes/landmarks etc?

Good cameras for concerts?

I need a good camera for concerts which has good zoom, performs well when there is a lot of light coming from the stage, and focuses quickly. I have picked out three but I'm not sure which one would be best for me.

Sony Cyber- shot DSC- HX20V
Canon Powershot SX210
Nikon Coolpix s9300

Why isn't my camera turning on?

I have a Nikon Coolpix camera (it's this type http://digital-photography-school.com/nikon-coolpix-s630
if that helps).So I haven't used it since like, November 2012 and I decided to begin using it again and it has a lot of pictures in it which I can NOT afford to lose, so I decided to charge it. The usual green charging light didn't turn on until I pressed the power button for a few seconds. But even then it blinked normally for some seconds and then it began blinking really fast and then it stopped. This happened every time I unplugged it, plugged it back and pressed the power button. Once it flashed white for a split second then turned off again. I'm freaking out, can you please help? QUICK PLEASE.
Added (1). Thanks guys, so basically I have to get a new battery right? That's all?

Video when captured in my camera, show it only in fast motion?

When i shooted a video in NIKON COOLPIX L820, later on when i played it in both my camera itself and on my pc, it show only its fast motion video and not the original one.
PLEASE HELP ME
