What is the difference in 24fps and 30fps

I just recently bought a nikon coolpix B500 and it only records in 25, 30, and 60 fps. Can i still get the film look shooting at 30fps. I know to get this look most record at 24 frames per second. If i can't get the film look shooting at this frame rate then what can i do in the editing to get the look if i have to shoot at this frame rate. Can anyone help me with this?

I'm thinking about buying a Nixon COOLPIX l830 but I don't know much about cameras and I can't seem to find much about this. So, how do I transfer them to my phone? Can I even transfer them? I'd like to post them on social media.

Starting a youtube channel?

so here is the issue. I'm a huge beauty,fashion,music and lifestlye fan, and i really want to show who i'm and share what i know with the world, but the thing is i only have a cheap camera that isn't good quality. Its a coolpix l32 camera with low resolution and not so good quality. I can't afford another camera so i'm stuck with that camera as of now. For christmas i'm getting a camera tripod that i will be able to use for my youtube videos. Also, i don't have a laptop for getting software for editin and creating videos. So i'm kidna screwed… I know what i want to do for video ideas and ican start my channel but i don't have the right camera or editing software! Help Please! I really want to make this happen. Wanted to for awhile just… Im lost and confused at what to do.

How do I stop my Nikon Coolpix P100 to stop taking more than one exposure?

Whenever I take pictures on my camera (Nikon Coolpix P100) it always takes two exposures. It's a nuisance.
I looked all over setting but I can't find a way to fix it.
Any way to stop this?
