How to fix my camera with a white screen?

I have an Nikon Coolpix L20 and when I turn it on it only shows a white screen. I can still take pictures with but I just can't se it because it only shows a white screen. What can I do?

What's the best camera at Walmart for under $200.00?

I'm not trying to get incredible photos but I do want to:
1. Take photos of people participating at my student organization at my college
2. Take photos of my campus and living conditions to show family.
3. Take pictures of friends and family

Can I get a decent camera for under $200.00? I was thinking the Nikon Coolpix S6000.It's $150 ± at Walmart. THANK YOU

In search of a tripod for my camera?

There doesn't seem to be a camera stand/tripod specifically for my Coolpix L340 and I am wondering if I could simply buy one and it would fit? How does one know if a camera will fit with a tripod not from the same company/brand, without having tried a bunch? Does anyone have recommendations? It'd be much appreciated!

How to change the ISO on the Nikon Coolpix L120?

I wanted to change the ISO on my Nikon Coolpix L120. I m new to photography, so this might be a dumb question. I know you can do like settings like "portrait" or "close up" or "landscape", but I don t know how to change the ISO manually and I don t know how to see what ISO your at. It says ISO in the bottom left corner, but just that. Like I said I m new to photography so I might sound stupid. I looked all over the menu button but can t find anything saying ISO. Why does my camera say battery exhausted?

I am getting a camera for my girlfriend, and I can't remember which one of the two she wanted. It's a surprise so I can;t ask her, all I remember was that she wanted image stabilization so that when she takes a picture anywhere, it won't end up blurred.
