Does a class 6 sdhc improve video quality?

So I'm wondering if a higher class sdhc card improves video quality, right now I have a class 2 and when I play back my videos on my PC they look like crap but when I play the video back on my camera they look clear like 720p should look like can someone help please my camera is a coolpix l810

Nikon coolpix l810 video/picture quality help?

First off sorry for my punctuation. Can someone help me I'm having video quality problems every time I play the video back in my computer the quality looks like crap but when Im recording it it looks clear like 720p should look and when I take pictures on the preview screen the pictures look blury But on my computer they look clear I don't know what's going on? I read an answer on another post that said that it may be the SD card that is has to be like class 6 or 3 I forgot I don't know what I have now Its an 8gb gigawear and it has a 2 on the bottom right I'm guessing that's the class of SD it is CAN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEASE???

What camera is the best for taking pictures of dogs?

I am looking at a camera that is no more than 300. I don't need anything special. I have been looking at the nikon coolpix l820 that is coming out at the end of feb. Does this sound like a good camera for the price? Any other suggestions?

Nikon Coolpix L810 HELP? - 2

Okay, so i know the nikon coolpix l810 shutterspeed can go as fast as 1/1500 of a second, But you cant manually change it… So how do i achieve the fastest speed this camera will give me?
Im trying to take action shots of skaters…

Better Camera? Canon SX500 vs Nikon L810?

I'll be using them as a hobby camera to take pictures, mostly of flowers, people, landscapes. I'll never use the video, so that part is irrelevant.
Both cameras are around the same price, have the same megapixels, etc. Which one would you say is the "better" camera?
One thing I'm really not sure of, is the batteries. The L810 uses 4 AA batteries, while the SX500 uses a rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. Obviously, the Canon is going to be less heavy to carry around, but I've also heard that rechargable batteries die faster, which means I'm going to be recharging the thing all the time and/or bring a spare battery. But then the L810 is going to cost a fortune in disposable batteries, so I'm kind of stuck here.
The main thing I want is a camera that takes good, clear pictures, especially of people and scenery.

Nikon Coolpix L310 Memory Card Problem?

I've had my nikon coolpix L310 for almost two months, and it had been working fine. All of a sudden today, whenever I turn it on it says "This memory card cannot be used".It's the same card I've been using the entire time.It works fine when I take it out. I'm just wondering why it stopped working all of a sudden. I checked to see if it was locked, and it's fine.

What are some good point and shoot nikon cameras for taking pics?

Just mainly need ont for sports and taking photos of my kids and want to be able to click click without haiving to wait to take next pics what nikons do u recomend i have always used canon but they dont have sports modes.so gonna go to nikon so far was looking at L810, L820 and the P510 but kinda dont wanna spend more then $300 on one

I love taking pictures! And i just started photography at my school. Its a great class and i really like the teacher. Our assignment today was to go around the school and take at least 50 pictures of anything we wanted. I added my favourite pictures to my deviant art page but i don't know if they are that great or not.can you please give me some feedback or tips? Added (1). I know i still have tons to learn :) We had a double block today so our second assignment was to use difference effects and colours and things which is why most of them are edited too
