Need help deciding between 2 completely different cameras?

As previously stated, I'm having trouble deciding between 2 cameras. One is the Sony Cyber-shot DSC-TX66 and the other is the Nikon P510. I don't necessarily need a point-and-shoot camera because I have my cell phone for that but the Cyber-shot has 18.2 megapixels, whereas the Nikon has 16.1. I don't know much about cameras but I was always told megapixels are very important. And the prices don't matter much; I can get both cameras for $300. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Nikon Coolpix s4300 taking solid white pictures?

So, today, I took my camera outside and everything was fine. The lens then got cloudy (my assumption is from either accidentally leaving it in the car for a couple hours when it was cold or taking pictures in the fog the other night) and I left it alone for a couple hours so it could clear up.It did, but when I turned it back on, it took normal pictures for a while and started taking nearly solid white ones. How do I fix it?

Nikon Coolpix s4300 lens cloudy?

I got a Nikon Coolpix s4300 for Christmas from my boyfriend, and never had any problems with it up until today. I took it outside and was taking pictures, and all of a sudden, the lens turned cloudy. You can see it from the outside and it looks white. I'm thinking it could be condensation, but I don't ever remember getting it wet. The only thing I can think of that might have caused it is leaving it in the car (it was in a case) when it was freezing cold, but again, it never caused any problems before.It was only in the car for a few hours. I do have a warranty on it, but I was wondering how I would go about fixing it.

What digital cameras can shoot video and capture still photos at the same time?

I'm looking for a digital camera that is smaller or thinner is size, takes high quality pictures, and is capable of capturing still images while shooting video. I know the Nikon 1 S1, but that is a bit out of my price range. I don't know very much about digital cameras so if there is a name or specific term for that that would be helpful too. Any helpful information would be greatly appreciated!

How to get slowest shutter speed on nikon coolpix 510?

Hi, Im wanting to get particular shots, and was wondering if anyone knows what the slowest shutter speed is on the nikon coolpix, and how to get it.So far the slowest I seem to get in S mode is 8secs/8"? im still learning.

My Camera Won't Record?

I have a Nikon Coolpix s3100 that works just fine and is practically new. But when I try to record things, it will only record for a few seconds then says, "This card cannot be read". The SD card I have in it works just fine, because it works in other cameras but this one. Help please?

Fisheye for Nikon Coolpix L810?

Simply put, I barely know a thing about cameras and I got one for my birthday a few weeks ago.So don't judge me if this question sounds stupid…

Is it possible to put Fisheye lenses on a Coolpix L810 or is that only possible for SLR cameras?

Nikon uploads blank pictures?

I have a brand new Nikon Coolpix S3200. Just recently, when I try to upload the pictures to Facebook, they upload as blank/black pictures instead. I have even tried formatting the memory card. They show up on my camera and computer just fine, but on Facebook, it does not work.It worked last week. I haven't touched it since last week, but now it doesn't seem to work.
