Nikon Coolpix L120 not turning on?

My Nikon Coolpix L120 displayed "Battery Exhausted" but since I changed the batteries it won't turn on at all!

I need help please this is very important!

Good cameras with low prices?

I'm a young photographer, and I'm looking for a really good digital camera for a low price. I have read about some, and I like the new Nikon Coolpix S3600, but there are no reviews for it because it's new, and the sample pictures I've seen aren't as good a quality as I'd like them to be. I'm turning 14 on March 17, and all I want is a camera. My mom and I are trying to find a good one that's low price though, because we don't have a lot of money right now and I need a really good one below like $150. I would really PREFER Nikon, but Canon is okay. I'd like to see some reviews or your experiences as well. Thank you so much!

Nikon Coolpix L820 help?

I just bought a new Nikon Coolpix L820, when I first set it up I was able to take a few pictures without any problems. Now it won't take any! I press the shutter release button and the red light flashes but it doesn't take the picture. What am I doing wrong? I'm trying to test it out before using it tomorrow.
Added (1). The batteries are brand new, the screen shows full battery also. It doesn't have anything in the manual besides what the buttons are.

How to adjust shutter speed on Nikon coolpix L320?

Pretty basic question… Every time i take a picture at the bottom it shows (what i think is) the shutter speed. It's on 1/160. Anyone know how to adjust this?

What is Aperture and does the Nikon coolpix L230 support it?

Okay so i'm new at photography. For Christmas, I got a Nikon Coolpix L320 camera. Today on pinterest, I saw this DIY Bokeh picture thing where you use dark card stock and a shaped hole puncher to create the desired shape and put it over your lens. It said something about Aperture, but since im new, i have no clue what that is or how to use it. I checked the manual that came with my camera and it said nothing about aperture but on the website it says something about it. It also said something about shutters. What are shutters? Someone help, im so confused:/

I'm trying to transfer photos from my camera to my laptop?

I'm sat here with my Nikon coolpix s2500 and I'm trying to transfer or copy the photos in the camera to my laptop. I put the disc into the laptop and followed the instructions to the point were I am now ready to chose the programe that I will be running to do the task. I was about to click Nikon transfer 2 ( the recommended programme on the instructional manual ) but my mouse pad was so sensitive it clicked on the wrong one. I do not know how to change it as the manual doesn't say. I tried to follow the manual anyway but it won't let me download anything. Please help me change the programme.

Change language setting?

I made the initial error on the language setting for my NEW Nikon Coolpix P520 camera and am unable to figure out on my own how to reset this. I want it set at 'English" it is on German curently
