How to i import videos from a nikon coolpix p520 onto a gateway computer?

i got a camera and im using a different computer than i was when i get it and im not able to import my videos from my camera to the computer, like it doesnt even give me the option when i use the usb cord or put the sd card into the modem. i dont know what to do but i would like to upload my videos
Added (1). my computers modem has one slot that has SD/MMC/SM/MS/MS-PRO/xD. and the only thing that pops up when i have the camera plugged in is something canon. but non of it says import video and picture like normal

Take point and shoot pictures faster?

I just bought a Nikon Coolpix s6500 and when I tried it at the store, after I took a picture I could immediately take the next one. This was the determining factor. But, when I tried mine at home, after I take a picture it shows me what I just took for a few seconds, so I have to wait longer to take the next.

How do I get rid of this setting?

Nice quality camcorders for less than $29 (on amazon)?

I have a Nikon S30 CoolPix and it is an underwater camera, but its mainly a camera, not a video camera. I want a nice quality (Not like my ancient childrens camcorder).
Vivitar had a lot, but they're all cheap crappy camcorders.
I dont need it, so dont answer with "sorry there isnt any" but maybe something like 60 Fps?

Nikon Coolpix S3500 wi-fi?

How do I set up/enable the wi-fi on this camera? I've read something about an eye-fi(?) card. Is this also a memory card to store my photos? What does the wi-fi let me do, obviously connect to the internet but is it only to share photos on social networking sites? How do I go about enabling the wifi?

Which of these cameras has the best image quality?

I need a camera mostly for taking pics for my blog (clothes etc.). However, I wouldn't like to pay too much money.
I found these 3 cameras and I've read many reviews but I'm not quite sure which one has the best IMAGE QUALITY. Which one do you recommend?

Canon PowerShot A1400, Nikon Coolpix S2700 or Nikon Coolpix L27?

I know it's almost impossible to buy a cheap professional camera, but I'd like to buy one which is at least close to professional ones.

How to prevent Auto OFF on Nikon camera?

I have a Nikon P100 and it turns off 30 minutes if it's not touched.
I want to be able to capture video with it until the battery dies.
However, there is a 30 minute limit. Is there a way to cheat this system without pressing a button every 30 minutes?

Shoud i sell my nikon L810 and depend on my iphone to snap photos?

hi there! i would like to ask for opinion. i own an iphone and a nikon point and shoot camera ( L810) . since i already have an iphone 5, i rarely use my L810. i prefer taking photos using my camera on iphone. this is due to the fact that my L810 has slow shutter speed though the photos is quite good. im quite regret buying this camera. im thinking of buying a used canon rebel t3 but have to save money first. i don't have much budget since i'm just a student. or should i just stay with my choice not to sell my l810 or sell it and depend on my iphone to snap photos?
