How is the Nikon Coolpix L310 Bridge Camera's Video quality?

I am wondering to whether buy the Nikon Coolpix L310? Because I think I may use it for videos even though it is only 720p. Does anyone know what the video quality is like? Also how is the 14mp CCD sensor?

Added (1). I will only use canon or nikon and i really dont take alot of far away pics so wasnt sure if i needed that much zoom canon recommended the sx500 is but not sure dont have sports mode i need sports mode

What camera to get, product designer/traveler?

Hi

I am new to all of this, have been looking at cameras for a couple of days now. I understand some basic's but still lost with all the information. I have been doing tonnes of research into this camera business, but still I read review on different websites and they all seem to contradict each other. (therefore I am lost) I am a product designer and a keen traveler, so this is where a camera is needed in my life.

I am here to ask what camera you would recommend for me.

My needs are:

1. Take photos of my products.In my light box, upclose.In situ, with users in any environment.

2. Take photos of scenes when on holiday. Likely place are snowy mountains, ski runs etc and sunny places like Croatia.

3. Maybe Panorama for holiday photos.

4. Night time photos would be good to have, I would love to be able to take photos of the mountains at night time.

5.My price range is £100 - £150.

6. I have been more interested in a bridge camera that is also compact.

7. Would like to print these photos of products and mountains to mount in at least A3 and must be good quality.

Some cameras I have been looking at are, Nikon COOLPIX L610, Sony Cyber-shot WX100, Nikon Coolpix S8200, Fujifilm FinePix F770EXR, Nikon Coolpix S9100, Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ18. Yeah just a few

It still charges in its cradle though.Is there a step by

How to get that vintage look in pictures?

Hello!
I LOVE photography, and I am really into taking pictures (I have a Nikon P510)
But, there's one problem!
I absolutely adore the vintage look in pictures that i see on the internet.
I just have no idea how they do that.Do they use a polaroid? so yeah, which? I'd really like to buy one of those (always liked them in movies too) and if they dont? what else.do they use adobe photoshop, orso?
please help me!

I'm having trouble with my digital camera battery?

Hiya!!!
I have a Nikon Coolpix S3100 digital camera. After the battery had run out when I first used it, the battery would not charge anymore. After a while of trying to figure out the problem, I just went to go get another battery. I went to take pictures today, but the camera had died.So, I charged it up. But it wouldn't charge again! The charger has a red light when I plug it in, but it never says when it is done.It doesn't charge! Please help me, I really need to take these pictures by tomorrow morning with this camera.

Nikon Coolpix s3000 may not be charging?

When I plug in the usb to the computer, the green light flashes for a few seconds, stops, and nothing happens.It won't turn on. I haven't used the camera in about a year or two, so what might be wrong with it?

My nikon coolpix l310 is deleting my pics!

Whenever I take pics which are saved on my memory card… and I go back to review them I notice there are huge chunks of pics missing. For example one pic is #589 the next pic is #603.As soon as I take the pic I can go back and look at it. But after a while a bunch go missing. I uploaded the pics to my computer but they're still not there. Where did they go! Can I get them back! Is it the camera or the memory card!

Nikon l610, how does one make this into a webcam?

I have a dell inspiron e1505 laptop, and it has no webcam and i wish to skype with people, i have heard of "easycam" and other products like this - but i dont have any money to spend at all at this moment because my family is in a lot of debt since the death of a family member.
it came with 2 cords, cord 1 is just to hook up the camera to the computer to transfer my pictures and stuff and cord 2 has the red, white and yellow things like you hook up into the tv.
is there any way possible to do this without buying something?

IMy Nikon Coolpix s3000 won't take a picture. How can this be fixed?

I just bought this camera an hour ago, put the battery in, and I can not get it to take a picture. Very frustrated.
