Nikon d5100, Nikon Coolpix L830 or Nikon L330?

I did some research on cameras with decent photo and video quality.
I want a camera that is good with video and photo, which I guess goes along with nice audio. My budget is $200-$300 and the Nikon D5100 is like no where near that! Haha, so I was wondering if anyone knowledgeable with cameras give me advice on which of those 3 are good or can you give me another type of camera? Thannk u!

Suitable camera for high quality YouTube beauty videos? (Comparison)?

I am looking for a decent camcorder/camera to film beauty/makeup videos on YouTube. This requires occasional close ups but mostly portrait filming.

There are two cameras that I am interested in but I'm not sure which one will be more suitable:
Nikon Coolpix L830 (Digital camera)
Sony HDR CX 240 (Camcorder)

In your opinion, which will be the better pick?

I've looked up reviews on both these cameras and there are good and bad so I'm not sure which one I should settle with. If you have any experience in filming or any cameras to suggest please feel free to help out.

My Nikon Coolpix won't download pictures to my computer?

I just got a Nikon Coolpix L11 for Christmas from my boyfriend. He took the time to research it and found this to be the best choice. So far it has worked great, except I can't get the pictures on my computer at all! I have Xp, and have used about 3 other cameras to load pictures onto my computer and it works fine. This camera had very specific directions on how to put them on, steps involved along with a CD download. I followed everything exact, and it will not show up! I also tried just going under my computer and getthing them there, but it says that the camera is in use. I have tried all other options. Has anyone had this problem? Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Nikon Coolpix S6500 won't turn on?!

My camera was working fine and I was taking pictures with it but now it won't turn on! I haven't done anything do it. I plugged it in to my computer using the cord and the green light is flashing (slowly) which means that it is charging. But it still won't turn on! How can I get it to turn back on? Thanks!

How To transfer my camera recording to DVDs?

I buy a Nikon coolpix L830 and recorded so many of videos… But now I want to play these recordings on my DVD player… As I know the DVD player reads only.vob file but my camera records.mov file… So how I convert.mov to.vob. And play my recording on my DVD player… I use many converter but they decrease the quality of recording,.,,.,.,. Can any one suggest me a converter that doesn't decrease the quality of my recording… So that I can easily burn them in DVDs…

How to change the exposure on a digital camera for light painting?

We were light painting in my school, and I know that you have to have a long/ extended exposure for this, so that you can have your like 20 seconds to play with the various lights you have. However, I don't know how to change it and I can't find it on the internet, so… Help?
