Digital camera vs CellPhone Camera?

Which camera takes better pics with showing more accurate results of how things appear. When I take pics on a digital camera and cell camera I look different in each
I have a Galaxy S cellphone
and Nikon Coolpix L20 camera

The memory card wont click into my Nikon Coolpix L120 anymore?

I've had the camera for two years and LOVE it but now the card wont stay in place. Can that be fixed? Is it worth the cost to fix it? I bought another Nikon Coolpix but don't like it nearly as much and am taking it back. I would love to get this one fixed. If its worth fixing, how do I find a place to fix it? Nowhere around my location does that.
