We were light painting in my school, and I know that you have to have a long/ extended exposure for this, so that you can have your like 20 seconds to play with the various lights you have. However, I don't know how to change it and I can't find it on the internet, so… Help?
(I have a Nikon Coolpix S550.)
(and also what is the difference between NTSC and PAL video modes?)
