It's a fairly new camera and I have charged it before without any problems. I've tried just about everything but I'm out of ideas. Please help!
Added (1). My AC adapter doesn't have a light to be lit. If you talking about a light on the camera (around the power button) then no that doesn't light. All the cords and connections are secure.
