Why does my camera say battery exhausted?

It s a Nikon coolpix L26. Whenever I turn it on it says battery exhausted. I ve changed the batteries and it didn t come with a charger so I don t know what s wrong. So if someone could help me I would very much appreciate it!

What is the difference between Nikon Coolpix S220 and S230?

I am getting a camera for my girlfriend, and I can't remember which one of the two she wanted. It's a surprise so I can;t ask her, all I remember was that she wanted image stabilization so that when she takes a picture anywhere, it won't end up blurred.

I have a Nikon Coolpix L840 camera that i recently got. A couple of weeks ago, i took a picture and wanted to view it so when i went to playback, it was black showing no message on it. The camera freezes and i have to take out the batteries to restart it

Does any one have a tool for fixing blurry photos and video?

Last night I took photos with a Nikon Coolpix S6300 of my son singing in a dark, jazz club. I set the camera for indoor party and turned off the flash. The photos and video where shot from the back of the room and are very blurry.

Polaroid filter lens for Nikon Coolpix L120 (P&S)?

I would love to buy a polaroid filter for my camera, but I don't know if I can buy one for a camera that isn't an SLR or a dSLR. I have a Nikon Coolpix L120.It is possible to buy a polaroid filter lens for a point-and-shoot camera like mine?

I've been wanting a webcam forever, but I heard you can use your digital camera as a webcam, so I'm wondering if I could? & if so, is it possible to just use my usb cord and nothing else?

Best camera for short films?

I am looking to upgrade from my Nikon Coolpix L830 to a better camera with great video quality for short films. I also would like great photo quality. My budget is around $1000 and the short films will include a lot of landscapes a portrait shots. Cheers

Anyone else have problems with Nikon CoolPix P520 Stop Responding? - 1

Last night I was shooting photos with my Nikon Coolpix P520 and all of a sudden it stopped letting me take pictures. Regardless of how many times I tried to take one it just would not let me. So I tried other buttons such as the menu and nothing. So I tried to power the camera down and got an error saying I can't use that function when the camera is recording. But I was never recording a video. So I wound up taking out the battery and putting it back in. The battery was fully charged on the camera. Tried to turn it back on and nothing. I spent 5 minutes trying to get it to come back on and finally it did. Tried the preview image button and nothing once again. It is like none of the buttons are responding at all. Then I had hell once again trying to get it to power down. Tried connecting it to my pc and my pc read the camera but said nothing was in the files. None of my images or anything. Took out memory card and the images were there. I have maybe had the camera for a week now. And up to this point it has been working great for me. The auto focus can be a tad annoying. I had noticed sometimes it took me a few tries hitting the power button to get it to come on. I just figured maybe I was holding it too long or what not. I am just curious if anyone is having similar issues. I still can return mine to the store but this is making me question wether I tried try a new one or just reget the camera I had and hope this doesn't happen again.
