Nikon Coolpix S9700,Location?

I am ready to get my new Nikon S9700, and i am between this and the cheaper S9600, but i would like to know, if you can actually see your location (location of the camera anyway) in camera? I know it has a map, and i've tested it but i didn't actually find anywhere i can see my actual location. I know it has a Point of Interest mode, but how you can use that, if you can't actually know where you are? I have seen on the Nikon website (when reading about the camera) a picture of a map that were showing the location of the camera, but i wonder if that's true.Anyway the question is, if you can actualy see your location on camera?

Why isn't my camera turning on? - 1

I have a Coolpix Nikon camera that is battery operated and I just turned it on a second ago but then it died. I replaced the batteries and then it didn't turn on. Does anyone have any idea whats going on?

No more memory space?

I have had a Coolpix L120 digital camera for about 3 years now. I do not have a memory card in it, and never have. For the entire time of owning it, I could pretty much take an endless amount of pictures. Now, after only taking 34 pictures it tells me there is no more memory space. This just now started happening today and I have no idea why. Please help!
Added (1). I always delete every single picture after I upload them to my computer. So I am starting off with absolutely nothing on my camera. Once I hit 34 pictures it says no more memory space.
Added (2). Again, I have had this camera for over 3 years without a physical memory card. Why would I have been able to take hundreds of pics on it before with zero problems, but all of a sudden now I can't take more than 34.

I lost my Coolpix camera, how to get it back?

i had a nikon coolpix L620 camera and i remember there was this sky thing forgot what it was called and i think it connected to wifi. Would there be a way to get my camera back if it caught wifi and maybe nikon company can pin point location using the id or serial number? Kind of like how they do with phones? Please help.

My computer wont let me play a video?

I have a Nikon Coolpix l6 and I wanted to put a video on my computer but when i tried to play it a thing came up and said "Windows Media Player cannot play the file. The Player might not support the file type or might not support the codec that was used to compress the file".
how can i get it to play?

Nikon Coolpix 2200 stuck at Set time and date?

So I bought a Nikon Coolpix 2200 from a garage sale, and it manages to turn on, but it's stuck at the "Set time and date" menu, and I can't select No or Yes, or exit the menu. I can only turn it on and off.

Any help would be appreciated

Is it possible to leave a wet electronic in rice for TOO long?

My camera got splashed while I was on vacation. I put it in rice for the rest of the trip. When I got home, it worked but th display screen was slightly flickering. So I put it back in rice.

I went to use it tonight and now it's not even turning on. It's been in the rice for about 4 weeks.
