How to make a room look less orange on camera?

At night in my house my camera is very orange in artificial light. I have a nikon coolpix l810 i doubt that'll help much. I make videos on youtube. One video in particular i need to film in my closet, since there is no natural light it looks orange no matter what time of day it is. How can I make the room look normal?

Nikon P310 vs Samsung WB850F?

Hi Everyone,
Currently i am stuck between 2 cameras. The prices for the two are same where i am staying and i want to know which one i should get. I am looking for manual controls which both seem to have. I need a camera with a good video capabilities so which one of the two is better.
The Samsung has 60fps and better zoom but the Nikon seems to have manual focus in video which i think the Samsung lacks (Plz confirm what controls the samsung has in video mode). Also the Nikon has the faster f1.8 lens which i prefer for those shallow depth of field videos and photos.
So please let me know which one offers more manual controls in video and which one of the two will be a better choice for video. Also if possible plz make some suggestions on cameras withing the same price range which offer these features.

Does the battery affect the digital cameras program?

I suffered a lot with my nikon coolpix digital camera if i place the battery it automatically starts directly to Photo View Mode,
if i press the capture button, the lens retract and ready for capturing images
the problem here is that all the buttons doesn't work t he way it should be

any help will be appreciated

S220 Nikon COOLPIX camera screen broken? - 1

So today when i pulled my camera out of my backpack, i noticed there was a dark spot on it.i turned it on and the screen was white with a big black blob on the right top corner.i think one of my books smashed the screen and ruined it but i'm not sure since i didn't know it was in there.should i send it to a refurbishing center so they can fix the screen? or is it just cheaper to buy a new one?

Which camara is really the right for me?

Confused ,I am indeed with the rate that camera companies release new machines every day!!!
I currently own an old canon powershot 8 mpx camera and would really like to update
It gives excellent pics under low light conditions and has a sports mode as well as an excellent long long lens for capturing still shots far away
So, bearing all the above in mind, which camera is right for me..?
The lowdown…
Low light images a must for me as I hate flash photography
A swivel type screen at the back is a must as well, as my camera has one
An electronic viewfinder too is a must to save on battery energy
And a decent lens which get close up to my objective…
I have considered Canon G11 ( not G12 as it does not have a good lens or swivel screen )
Sony Nex NLB
Nikon coolpix P520
Nikon coolpix P7700 and the
Nikon D5100
I am grateful for any advice on the above, or an alternative model.
