How to make a timelapse without intervalometer?

I have a Nikon p300, but it doesn't have intervalometer and it doesn't have a remote shutter. I want to make a time lapse.Is manually pressing the button every 5 seconds the only way?

Any tips on city photography?

Right, so I'm off to London for a few days.To visit the Harry potter studios. But I am also going on a little sightseeing tour, so.
Does anyone have any tips on how to take stunning photos of the famous landmarks in London? And also does anyone have any advice on how to take good group photos, (which scenes are better,) my camera is the Nikon coolpix l120 so it doesn't have that many features. I've taught myself about the iso and I know how to work the camera, but I just want really good quality shots.
Does anyone have this camera and can give me some little hints&tricks? :)
Added (1). I don't remember saying I was a photographer. Like I say I just want a couple of decent pictures :)

How to get shutter speed on my Nikon Coolpix L810?

Its my brothers wedding day tomorrow and I'm going to be the photographer but I'm a little bit stuck. I cant find shutter speed on my Nikon Coolpix L810, anyone know how to find it?
Also, what would be the best setting for wedding photos, alot are going to be in the after party so i need something that can adapt to movement like shutter speed but also take high quality photos in a buisy indoor environment.
by the way, im somewhat new to cameras, so please dont make your answers to complicated: P

MOV and Sony Vegas Pro 12 problems?

I got a new camera and it is called the Nikon Coolpix S9050

and it can only shoot video in. MOV, I tried downloading quicktime because I have a PC and. MOV doesn't like Windows, and when I put in the file of the. MOV clip on Vegas, and when I play it, it lags alot and I tried doing everything I can to make it not lag or barely any… and it still lags.

Nikon Camera Zoom button not working?

I own a Nikon Coolpix L120 and it has two zoom buttons one on the lens the other on the panel, the one on the panel is not working and its really distressing! Please help?

How much should I sell this camera for? (Nikon coolpix L110)?

I bought a Nikon L110 in November, 2011. I got it for $250.So now that I've had it for nearly two years, how much should I sell it for? It still works fine, no scratches either. The only thing I'm missing is the neck strap.

Windows Live Movie Maker No longer accepting video files!

HD Camera files used to be accepted by windows live movie maker. Now all the video files can not be accepted.when i look at the properties of the vid file it is an. MOV Which I know WLMM will not accept. However, I have used this same camera and uploaded vids to Youtube using WLMM. What can i do to solve this?
Ps I have a Nikon coolpix wide 10x zoom.
Added (1). The model is Nikon coolPix S6200
Added (2). The vid also works just fine in media player.

when ever i try to upload to youtube it gives me this message.- My movie.wmv wasn't published successfuly. The following problem occurred in your movie: (0x800488FB)

It will not even upload vid shot from my ipod.

How to use 35 mm f/1.8 G AF-S DX lens with nikon d40?

Don't think I'm stupid or anything lol. I recently(a few hours ago) bought a nikon 35 mm 1.8 lens for my Nikon D40, the point in me purchasing this lens was for me to take self portraits with the lens autofocus feature, I know that the D40 cannot autofocus on its own, but there is supposed to be a mechanic in the 35 mm lens that allows the camera to autofocus, I use a ML-L3 remote with the nikon D40 to take images but whenever I take one of me the camera doesn't autofocus, and before anyone asks, YES, its on M/A, not M. Whenever I try to take the shot, the camera(D40) turns off. Please help. Thanks for any suggestions.

I am going to buy my first camera. Its a Nikon Coolpix L310?

Also i want to know that can it share Kingston SD card as a memory storage???
