Coolpix S4000 takes blurry photos can I fix it?

I recently acquired a coolpix S4000 touch screen I love it. It takes such great pictures… Sometimes. Most of the time the picture comes out blurry and its not because im shaking the camera. Is there any way I can fix this? There are specific scene settings that I can change it to like outside, inside, restaurant and bedroom. Do I have to change the scene every time to get a clear picture?

Nikon COOLPIX L110 12 Megapixel Digital Camera?

Has anyone ever used this camera?
Is it a reliable camera?
Does it take nice pictures, beautiful pictures?
I'm thinking about upgrading and since I am buying it with my own money, I am looking for a reasonably priced camera and this one is around $300 which isn't too bad, but I would like to know if its reliable and if it isn't, can you recommend a camera that would be?

How to turn sound off for Nikon Coolpix P610?

There is no sound option anywhere on the camera. The internet has shown a shutter and button sound option but that's nowhere to be found on here.
