Nikon Coolpix L100 Vs Canon PowerShot A590 IS?

Im really struggling on what i want to buy.
Iv come to a decision, And If they can both Do "Slow Sync Flash" Then I Will get the cheapest one.
But The question im asking you, is, Do these both have the function "Slow Sync flash" Or just one, Or None!

Why does my Nikon Coolpix l18 have such horrible battery life?

I only have about 10 pictures on my digital camera that i've had since last Christmas because the battery life is so horrible! I use the batteries it suggests (It's uses non-rechargeable batteries) but the battery life still lasts only about 10 minutes! Why is that? Am I doing something wrong with it? I do a lot of school activities and my friends always bring their cameras to take pictures but I can never bring mine because it only lasts a few minutes:(

Cool Pix l810 tripod/ Cool Pix l820 tripod?

Hi! Okay so I know this is probably going to be like the dumbest question ever but I need the answer ahah. So I have a Nikon CoolPix l820 camera and I wanted a tripod for it. Now I was just wondering if I could use a Nikon CoolPix l810 tripod? I found one that's pretty inexpensive that I wanted but it is for the Nikon CoolPix l810. Do the l810 and l820 have the same tripods, or could use the same tripods?

Nikon coolpix L105 switch lenses like fisheye?

Okay so I was wondering for the nikon L105 can attach lenses too it? I read you can't, but can't you buy the filter and attach it too the lens and then the lens you wanna use can be attached? What nikons can? Thanks!

How much would it cost to get my camera repaired?

So I borrowed my dads camera when I went to the beach the other day. It was quite windy, and some some sand must have got blown in it. Since then the lens will not open at all, and when the camera is turned on, just says "lens error" on the screen. The camera is a "Nikon Coolpix L26 Camera" and I just wondered if anyone knew roughly how much this would cost to get repaired, as I'm going to have to pay myself. Just to add, I am from the UK also.

Nikon Coolpix L820, is it a professional camera?

I own a Nikon Coolpix L820, and I'm going to a concert early next year and plan on taking it, I don't have another camera and my phone, lets not go there, it's horrible. And no, I don't have the money for another camera because I'm paying to go to another state so, airfares, accommodation, meals, transport, holiday stuff, Christmas would have not long been and gone and I will also have car payments too so yeah, I'm rambling now.
Anywho, the stadium says no professional cameras, so I've tried to find out if it is or isn't professional but no luck.
If someone could give me an answer and/or tell me how it is or isn't professional, that would be fantastic! Because I was told it wasn't professional when I bought it and then I was told it is classed as professional by a venue I went to last year, just because it wasn't a smartphone or small pocket camera. All help and thoughts would be fantastic! :)

Video and audio are out of sync?

I bought a CoolPix L820 about 9 months ago (un-used) and have had no issues with it until just the other day. I had recorded 2 videos in one day (roughly 10 minutes long, although these videos were filmed many hours apart) and when I had uploaded them to my MacBook Pro, about 5 minutes into both video the audio would be at a different pace from the video itself. I don't know if my camera is broken or if I wore it out… I use a 16GB Ultra 30MB/s (class 10). If anyone could explain to me how to fix this, that would be lovely!

I Saved a video from windows movie maker, sound won't work?

My duaghter Is getting her own webshow… Shes two and loves to cook. Went into windows movie maker, made and saved her an awesome intro. Filmed the first webisode on our nikon coolpix… Took out the sd card, threw the video together, intro first, then i added a picture of her finished scones and turne it into a webisode title clip, added in snazzy drums, then added in all the clips of her cooking and me narrerating. No added anything, just video clips with their own audio, did the credits with a song clip i imported and added in. Saved fast and then I played it, the intro played great kesha's tik tok, was great for the intro, the webisode title page was great with the added drums, then starts the show content with Video, but no more sound, the natural sound in the video clips falls silent, i never clicked anything to mute it, and it played fine as a poject, but not my natural audio is silent. Why? Cut to credits and taylor swifts never grow up is beautiful and i imported it in of course. I Just dont know why my video falls silent when the vid clips audio should be loud and proud? Any ideas?
