Camera Flash Capacitor Discharged Will It Charge Again?

I was cleaning the dust inside my Nikon Coolpix L610 and i received a very powerful shock… After that the flash only had the power to flash once and is now dead. The red light that indicates a power problem with the flash is on, on the top of the camera.

I'm assuming i rapidly discharged the Flash Capacitor a battery that stores power from the main batteries for use only with the flash. Everything on the camera works fine, just the flash being dead, and yes i know how to make sure the flash is on…

My question is, Do i have to get a new battery or "Flash Capacitor" Or does it just take time for the main batteries to charge the Flash Capacitor, and i need to let it sit for awhile. My camera is an advanced camera but takes AA's.

What do i need to do. I know i did not kill or short something perm because the flash still worked once afterwards.

Starting YouTube tips?

I am finally plucking up the courage to start a YouTube Chanel! But first could you let me in on the basics and what can help my Chanel grow? Bare in mind I have quite. Decent twitter page with around 1,150 followers so that could come In handy, please, anything will help.

Also if you have any solutions for;

Lighting - cheap, easy and preferably made from things I would already have it can buy from a supermarket.

View finding - I have a decent camera but it has no view finder do you have any easy solutions to see myself hahah.

Filming + advertising - any camera tips, like modes etc I have a 'Nikon coolpix l810' camera. And a way to let people know I exist and my Chanel isn't THAT bad Ahaha.

Best sort-of-professional cameras?

Hi! I'm only in highschool, but i'm considering photography as a future career. Right now I have a (not recommended) Nikon coolpix L110. I am looking for another camera within my price range (i'm going to be making money this summer so probably $300-$800). I want to look for some amateur versions but I also want to consider some more-professional versions (like that I could use on a photography internship taking pics at a wedding, portraits, etc.) I'm not very experienced when it comes to cameras so I need advice! Nikon Coolpix S9100 camera keeps saying 'Out of Memory?

My Nikon Coolpix S9100 camera keeps saying 'Out of Memory" after I take about 30 photos. To get it to take another picture I have to delete one that I had taken already. This is the first time that has happened. I am using a SanDisk SD-HC card 32GB. I have tried formatting the card, buying a new card, formatting it and the same thing happens. It even happens when I use the internal memory of the camera. Can you help me get it out of this mode?

Nikon coolpix L320 battery?

Whenever I try to take a video it says "battery exhausted" but the battery icon shows a full battery. I'm also still able to take pictures

32GB SD card won't recognize in me Nikon coolpix L27?

I have a 16 GB card that works fine in it but I needed more memory so I bought a 32GB card but it doesn't give me anymore memory to record then the one half the size. I checked and supposedly the card is supported. The camera is a Nikon Coolpix L27. Please help.

For a specific use (listed below) which of these two lenses is better?

I just purchased a Nikon D3100 DSLR camera with two different lenses. I am an entry-level photographer and will mainly be using this camera for 'action' shots of the family, friends, and my very zippy dog. I have another camera with better macro for still-shots and close-ups.

Anywho, the two lenses given to me with this camera are an 18-55mm and a 55-200mm lens. I wanted to know which lens of these two would be ideal for capturing images of my incredibly fast dog? Also, if I use the higher of these options (55-200mm), is there any drawbacks to that lens in comparison to the other?

The attached picture was taken with my 'everyday' camera (Nikon Coolpix s8200) and while it does 'okay' sometimes for actions shots, I need to use the multi-shot mode and even those are hit and miss. As you can see my subject, the dog, is blurred quite distorted.
