How to photograph star trails with a Nikon L120?

Hey i just bought a nikon l120 and i am extremely interested in star trails and i want to shoot one.i know my camera isn't the best for that but what settings should i do to make it as good as possible? Thanks!!(:

Why does my nikon coolpix s3000 say lens error?

I try to turn my camera On and the lens come out but then it gos back in and it says lens error. Does enyone know way it can be .

I got this camera for Christmas in 2011 and I haven't dropped the camera once but my camera lens is fine when I turn the camera on but the screen is blurry and there is like a ball type thing in the glass of the camera lens, when I try and turn my camera off I have to force the lens down, please help me:(

My coolpix S570 wont turn on!

So i bought my camera (nikon coolpix S570) in april so the 1 year warranty is still good but i dont have a receipt.My camera will not turn on, I have tryed everything and the batterie is charged. I heard it might be a switch or they might have had a recall? I dont know what to do! Please help!
